This is an excellent resort. Don't be fooled by my 3 stars. It only gets its colors lowered due to the exorbitant price you pay for the room and the horrific extras bill. If you have money to splash, go there. You will be impressed. However, if you're a normal Joe, go there knowing you are going to be out-of-pocket USD280+ for the room and about USD150 - 200 per day in extras (based on two people staying). Not cheap!
Now for the good news. Huge resort. Set on 16 hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds. Think lush tropical vegetation, views of a majestic sea, rolling lawns, sprawling pools, a pitch and putt golf course, blah, blah, blah. The list is endless. The rooms themselves are beautiful. Well designed and have the stamp of velvet luxury all over them. The service, impeccable. The restaurants and bars are also a smash. In summary, if you have lots of dough, splurge on this place. You will not be disappointed. |
