Now we are all in the airplane on the way to Shanghai. I believe the airline we are using is China Eastern. It is really nice. There is a lot of leg room and even though it is only a two hour flight they served us dinner, and the food was pretty good. I had rice and beef…

Suzhou, China -› Beijing, China -› …
Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou are all amazing cities in China that all have something different about them. Beijing gives you a look at the communist structure but also has a lot of history too. Shanghai is more metropolitan and an upcoming financial center of the world and Suzhou has many traditional Chinese gardens and is considered the Venice of China with its many canals. Overall, China is well worth the trip no matter where you go.

This is my adventures in China in the summer of 2008. I spent 37 days in China traveling around with my brother. I am slowly, very slowly adding pictures and journals about what we did. So far this includes the Great Wall at Mutianyu, Sanjiang and Shaolin Temple. Eventually it will cover everything we did.

We flew out on the night of the big fireworks put on for APEC. Pity. I had hoped that w…

Just having a weekend in shanghai.People always compare shanghai to Hongkong.I finally can see it myself.Shanghai's so different from all the other cities in China, but in a good way. It's quite developed city.most of the areas are clean. There's so much good food.Although I found them making some places too touristic,I do admire that they still keep most of the historical buildings so well.this's what the HK govt should learn from them instead of running after money only
