Affordable hostel in Singapore Mar 30, 2012
The hostel is located in the Chinatown, 10mins walking from the metro station. I'd say that location is good as everything is within walking distance, we went to most of the places we wanted to get to by foot.

The hostel was really small and quiet. We stayed in a 6-bed dorm which was quite ok and clean. The only thing we didn't like about the dorm was that it was too cold at night and we did not have a remote control for A/C.. So at the end we had to use our beach towels as blankets weren't enough..

There was only one toilet available and it was also with a shower so quite difficult to use it in the morning, be prepared for some queueing. The breakfast was included but was very poor - tea and toast with jam and butter (and let me tell you - you don't want anything else than tea..).

It might look like I'm just complaining but the place was ok to stay for two nights. It was one of the cheapest options in Singapore and therefore good for backpackers (but don't expect too much socialising).
