Serena

With it being extremely difficult to find a turkey for Christmas, as well as the Japanese oven being way too small to fit a turkey in it. We had to look for somewhere to have Christmas dinner so we chose Serena the buffet dinner restraunt in the Nikko Hotel in Ibaraki.

The buffet was quite good having yummy roast beef, fish and even a few slices of turkey as well as some other western dishes ,salad bar and dessert bar they also had Japanese food too. The price of the buffet was 2800 yen (29$) Not bad value seeing it was in a nice hotel.

But get this for an extra 900 yen (10$) you could eat all you can eat steak of course we had to have this. I ate 3 steaks with pons sauce japanese style, demiglace sauce and the last one was teriyaki sauce. I don't want to eat meat for a month now. haha

All you can drink, wine red and white, beer, whiskey, soft drinks were another 2000 yen (21$) Its Christmas had to have that as well.

Serena's is located in the Nikko hotel in Ibaraki city, 15 minutes by train to downtown Osaka.
