This is a really nice timeshare that you can also rent out on a nightly basis. We got a lovely studio apt for like $89 a night. Hotels in Sedona are surprisingly pricey. Even the Best Western wanted to charge us $129 a night and that included a 30% AAA discount. Compared to that, this place was a total steal! And it's got a kitchenette, gorgeous furnishings and great views of some of the red rock mountains.
It's a bit far down the 89 freeway but not at all far from anything if you have a car. This complex is very comfortable and very quiet - I recommend it highly. The concierge staff has like 8 people staffing it so there is a lot of assistance if you're looking for anything.
