Situated between finger B and C in Copenhagen Airport, you can find this airport alternative of food. The place is quite nice, kept in a modern design and you can argue that it is pricey but I found 16€ for the dish was okay. The glass of Chardonnay at 8€ I found a bit steep, but it was also a rather nice one.
I had a Balik Tartar, which consists of pure smoked salmon meat, which has gone through various preparations in order to become a tartar. The plate was nice with a small salad, but I didn't fancy the tomato taste dressing, the tomato was too distinct and didn’t go well with the rest. There was 4 pieces of toasted bread and some chopped up red onions and butter cheese.
The dish tasted nice and the people behind the bar were friendly and smiling.
