 Very Helpful Apr 22, 2008
I am a senior and called to make a reservation in May, the owners daughter was polite and very very helpful...even told me when to avoid heavy traffic times, and the route from Nashville to Manchester...I am also pleased with the rate for my room....read entire review at TravelPost.com

 AVOID THIS HOTEL!! Rude,bait & switch $ Apr 14, 2008
After seeing countless billboards advertising $29.99, they wanted to charge me $34 on a Friday night. After finally caving in to this, they then were going to charge me $40 for having two beds. I pointed out that their billboards were inaccurate...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Very rude phone service Feb 18, 2007
I called at 3:00 am and I asked if their rates were $26.00 a night. The guy that answered said and I quote" I do not care what it says, those are not our rates". Then I asked if this was his address, he said Yes.
