A new type of home fragrance store without the overpowering aroma Oct 28, 2011
As we wandered down Caroline street (also known as Antique Row), the first store we really came upon was Scentchips. My friend wanted to go in and I figured I'd just wait outside cause my nose is really sensitive to perfumes and candles and all that crap.

As I lingered by the door, I realized that the aroma wasn't too strong and I went in. The sell small candy-sized wax chips in about 60 different aromas. They have pre-mixed packets such as apple pie, cinnamon buns, pacific ocean, and Asian breeze or you can sample individual scents. You can keep them in a box, spread them through a few satchel bags or you can use them in a burner over and over again.

The shop owners were pleasant and there products are a bit more novel. The sell a variety of entertaining simmering pots and my favorite was the one shaped like a bathtub/shower (curtain and all). It's a good stop to make whether you decide to buy something or not.
