Not too bad, clean sheets no cockroaches and the staff have been friendly and helpfull.
I would recommend earplugs though, its not the quietest place

Very cheap, basic accomodation with air -conditioning which i found was a must-have. Located down a few dark alleys just off Khao San Road so probably a good location for meeting fellow backpackers! My breakfast was included in the price and my accomodation for 3 nights was already paid for as part of my flight deal booked through dial-a flight. I couldn't really complain.There was a tray with welcome soap/shower hat for free and also some items which you could pay the bill for eating at the end of your stay.

The shower room/bathroom was tired with mould and occasional ants but in all i had a pleasant stay. The hotel has cctv as well for added security and an internet cafe and restaurant where the breakfast is served. Breakfast choices are local rice/english breakfast/fruit breakfast or muesli.

Also i found the reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful- in particular one of receptionists called Ploy was very enthusiastic and helpful.
