I slept in till 10am and quickly had the breakfast the Motel provides ... simple but filling ... today we had to return because the girls have to return to school for Tuesday ... After 3 days in Muskegon, I drove up the east shore of Lake Michigan expecting a beautiful view of the Lake and the little towns on the way. Unfortunately the whole drive was in rain and heavy fog so I saw nothing but the road. Located the Lodge with no problem thanks to my GPS which I love and depend on all of the time. This was supposed to be a trip to visit universities in Canada and it turned into one big gigantic road trip. And hey, I go to school in Canada, so I guess things worked out.

We drove from Whitefish Point and arrived in Sault Ste.
