Hello everybody!! After five lazy days on the beach in Langkawi we took the boat today and crossed the border to Thailand from the seaside and arrived in this small little town called Satun. Satun is a border town between Thailand and Malaysia, if you come here on a tour you will probably not be staying long. We arrived by bus and by the time we got there is was dark. The hotel room was basic and had a door, much more than that I can not remember. It seems odd to me that it is always towns like this that seem to have no real significance that always contrive the best stories and adventures. There really is not much to do! Wow, that went by fast!  A few days in Bangkok, 10 days in Phuket and 12 on PhiPhi (such a beautiful Island) and now my visa is up!  Heading into Malaysia today, going to the Island of Langkawi, don't know anything about it ar what to expect in Malaysia, I hear it isn't as cheep as Thailand.  Taking the ferry from Satun in few minutes, had the mini bus all to myself from Krabi today!  Doesn't seem like many backpackers are heading to Langkawi.  They really should!
