Great lunch time restaurant Dec 24, 2008
In case you're wondering, the name is pronounced "sate-sin". This is one of my favourite lunchtime restaurants, serving rice and noodle dishes eg. pad thai and other noodle dishes, various rice and fried rices dishes, as well as yummy appetisers.
This is a super clean, open-air restaurant in a beautiful garden setting. The food is very cheap, starting from around 45 baht per dish but quality is excellent and tastes great!
I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're out San Kamphaeng way shopping.
The only warning I'd give is that if you order the Knom Jean (Rice noodle) Green Curry (which is really nice) and don't want to eat blood (yes, blood), tell the waiter that you don't want blood, otherwise, you can just pick the blood cubes out. : )
