I head back to Sapporo - after all it is pretty much the place to be to catch any connections around Hokkaido. I want to have a bit of a look of the city from above. Hence I do what I had thought about doing days ago - I head for the TV tower - the little building in the middle of Oddori Park w…

Travelled to Tokyo and the North Island (Hokkaido) to go snowboarding in Niseko. Certainly, the best snow i've seen anywhere. And a fantastic trip to boot. Japan was faultless!

This is my Bog Blog!
Call them whatever you like:
dunnies, pissers, gravy bowls, pissoirs, porcelain caves, potties, loos, crappers, dumpers, shitters, outhouses, throne, bogs, longdrops, WC's.
As much as we dont want to think about it, even good looking girls have to crap every day!
The vast array of toilets in the world have fascinated me for a long time.
This blog will be continuously updated as long as I continue to travel the world and wake up needing to hang a dump.

Escaping the then scorching summer in Kanto area, we went to Hokkaido for three days of sightseeing!
We are a group of three somewhat stressed office workers and to our surprise hokkaido was just what we needed for a bit of rejuvenation. Not only was the weather perfect, the food oh so delicious!, air was so fresh... the time seems to be slower when we were there, pace of living is unhurried, quite the opposite of the usual japan that we have known.

When I thought about choosing a place where I could spend my exchange semester, I knew that I would love to do it either in South America or Japan. Considering both possibilities Japan suddenly won and I spent there one of the best times of my entire life. I just love that country, its history and customs. It's so mysterious and it's just a question if you dare to make the attempt to discover its secrets.
