Located in town, Saphir hotel's a comfy place to stay eventhough it was the damage area caused by the earthquake some years ago but really the bad effects can't be seen. The hotel's on the same building with Saphir mall where you can browse around when you're bored in the room. So it's important to ask for the higher level as people can walk around. It's not difficult to find the internet corners as it's near with some campusses. My suggestion's just make sure that you book for the days you need as they'll not put you on the same room eventhough you've been staying for some days instead of giving you the other room types which can be much more expensive. That way's better to change the hotel as I did for the same price to upgrade the room such as to Novotel hotel, etc :-D
