Sapa Apr 24, 2011
Sapa is a beautiful mountain town. It is the gateway to trecking in north Vietnam. Go to Sapa to enjoy the mountain air and hikes through the wilderness. This is not a place for partying, but after the craziness of Halong Bay and Hanoi you will probably want a rest. There are a couple of cash machines but take note this place is less developed then other parts of Veitnam.

A word of warning: Be very careful whilst renting motor bikes and driving down the Tram ton pass. The roads a very bad and it is far away from any descent hospital.
