Beautiful city with a center copied from the European cities. Most expensive city in South America :) But it also offers a lot.. It's a modern city and has wonderful transportation system. People are also similar to Europe, no south american spirit :(( You can find wonderful Chilean wines here for a really good price and..most important of all..
