Santa's Hot Pepper Workshop-North Pole, AK Reviews

If you are a fan of hot sauces then I want to introduce you to some new friends that I recently met. Dena and Bud. What started out as a hobby turned into a business of hot sauces and BBQ sauces. Now I just started with the Santa's Special Blend and it is exceptionally good, very hot, but very good. Then my next stop was 'Blazin Blitzen', equally as toasty, and also very good.
I like to warm my cast iron pan up with a couple drops in the pan to season the pan before I cook up my morning eggs!!!! And it's always great in soup with some shredded cheese on top and maybe a little sour cream to keep the heat down a bit in the mouth. Bud actually recommend if your not use to hot hot sauce to eat them on your eggs with a side order of pancakes and syrup. The fat content of the pancakes and syrup help to dilute the heat factor. I know why, but can't recall well enough to explain (sorry). But anyway. They are just plain good people putting out a good product. Give them a try and tell them Scott told you about it. You won't get a discount and they will probable say 'Scott who'. But eventually I'll tell them I wrote this and then that will explain the new orders for around the world they got before xmas. hahaha.... Happy Hot Sauce!!
