Today I made my way from a truck stop outside Bowie, Texas... just west of Fort Worth... not sure how far I traveled??? Yesterday: My first day on the road was a bit strange... left Austin during five o'clock traffic heading out to Round Rock... amazingly the expected traffic was non existant...driving the RV is a lot easier than I initially thought... key to the whole deal is to use the mirrors... Getting up early and an hour time change had us arriving at Carlsbad Caverns at 9:30 am, before most other tourists.  We were one of the few going into the walking entrance instead of the elevator down.  Cool and amazing!  The great room could fit 14 football fields inside.  What a national treasure the caves are!   We had checked into White’s City RV park at the entrance to the park earlier, so we returned for an afternoon at the “water park” which is a great...

Today was BORING. We didn’t really do anything except for sitting in the mechanic place all day. I did homeschooling all day and went out to dinner with Mrs. Kate and Mr. Terry. If you are reading this blog, you must be very bored and should check out June 10th’s blog because it is a whole lot more interesting than this.J

I really enjoyed going out to eat with Miss Kate and Mr. Terry, and picking up trash with Mr. Terry.  We rode bikes, relaxed, and played.  While Ciao Baby was getting fixed, I did home schooling.
