Sangrias- Tapas Bar and Restaurant Reviews

May 10, 2007
It is an awsome place for some tapas and a good sangria.
The decorations take you to one of those tascas in Spain and also have a fun ambience at nights; especially on Thursdays and Friday nights. They stay open late into the night, so it’s a great place to come after work or after a movie.
Now if you come early you can have a quite dinner, but just wait for the night to start. They convert the classy restaurant into a wonderful place to have fun, dance, meet new friends and relax during the weekend in town.” I wish I knew about it earlier". Me and my friends love it and have lots of good memories about this amazing place.

This has to be my favorite restaurant in Tampa. I go here so often I know the owners and all the waiters/bartenders!
This is the best Sangria I've ever had- never been to Spain but...
I also love the food here. I like the Montaditos which is a shrimp salad with avocado. I also like the Pollo al Ajillo, which is chicken with a creamy garlic sauce and mashed potatos. Other good tapas are: Gambas a la Sangria, Steak a la parrilla, Zarzuelita and everybody loves their Paella but I dont like paellas anywhere.
You need to order at least 2 tapas and a pitcher of Sangria gives you about 6-8 glasses. They have red, white and champagne Sangrias! I love all 3 but try at least the red.
There is a live band on Wednesdays, a DJ on Thursdays, and Fridays and Saturdays is a great place for drinks and late dinner.
