Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort

So i have heard some not so good reviews about the Sandpiper beacon on different travel sights. Until i realized that those rewiews are from forever ago! My family and I just got back to Georgia from Panama City Beach and we stayed at the Sandpiper Beacon. If there was a problem before, they have seriously stepped up their game and made some improvements! The staff was super friendly and helpful the entire trip. Our room was affordable, clean, and perfect for my husband and 4 kids. The kids had so much to do like swimming in 3 different pool..and a lazy river might i add.. a playground right on the beach, a game room, karaoke! This gave my husband and I some relaxation time, but we still felt our kids were safe because there was security around the clock. Plus there was a restaurant and a grocery store on sight. We never had to leave. Its about a mile from Pier Park too! GREAT HAPPY HOUR! =)! We were very impressed! We will definitely be going back in the fall. probably somewhere around late september. We hear its beautiful and rates go down super cheap!
