Sandia Peak Tramway Apr 13, 2011
If you happen to find yourself in Albuquerque and are in the mood for something adventourous in the outdoors you might want to check out the Sandia Peak Tramway. It is the world's 3rd longest single span tramway. Once at the top 9if during winter) you can ski down the mountain, literally haha it's the Sandia ski resort. There is a nice restaurant at the top as well.

TRAM FUN May 09, 2010
Located on the eastern tip of albuquerque, new mexico. you will find a world of beauty looking over the rio grande valley and land of enchantment. if you are afraid of heights, this is not for you. the tram takes a slow ride to the top of the mountain but just a little wind at times to rock the tram. With all the beautiful colors that new mexico is known for, get ready to take the most valuable photos for your collection.

If you get hungry there is an restaurant right at the top, while you enjoy your enchantment view.

Recommend to anyone not afraid of heights. Age no limit.

A great way to catch the views Aug 04, 2008
Catch the tram just north of Albuquerque and take the ride to the top of the peak.

At the top there are little trails to walk around on and just take in the views. On a clear day you can see for miles and it is absolutely beautiful!

You can also take some back roads to the top of the peak if you don't trust the tram.
