We found a company that arranges tours around the surrounding area of San Rafael.  It was 65 pesos per person, which was haggled down a little bit.  They picked us up from our apartment at 9am.  We had a driver and a personal tour guide.  First stop was a statue on the outskirts of San Rafael, which is designed to protect the city and country side.  Next we drove to a quaint lake.  We stopped for a few moments to explore the lake area.  Next we drove to a se...
