Ariel and I met the girls today for breakfast before packing up our stuff to head off to meet Anders in Guatemala City. The food took forever but we had a good time chatting with the girls.
I know that I´m going to miss San Pedro. It´s a really nice relaxing place to hang out. I may come back here.

For 25Q we took a lancha boat across Lake Atitlan from Pana to San Pedro. We heard that of all the places around the lake, this one had the most variety to offer. It was a 30 minute ride in the rain with a nice lady named Pam from Boulder CO. Isla Mujeres, Mexico -› Merida, Mexico -› ...
Well here we are and here we shall remain indefinately. It`s almost Christmas which means the locally owned hotels and shops are adorned with cheap blinking lights and chiming carols, the neighbors have been playing and replaying alvin and the chipmunks christmas hits (but for some reason only at the blasted crack of dawn!) and the lake is frozen over and the beaches and mountaintops covered with fresh snow. A very beautiful travel to Guatemala, little bit of Honduras, Belize and little bit of Southern Mexico.
