Christmas/bday at home.  As always, a slight letdown, but I've come to expect it.  Spent a lot of time with the parents and a good family friend.  While not too exciting, it was nice to relax and enjoy my bed at home for a few days.

Lots of travels

Well, the past 5 weeks have been exhausting, exciting and fulfilling! Met a lot of interesting people, saw a bunch of weirdos, went to many historical landmarks and went to a bunch of random museums. All in all, the past 5 weeks have been some of the best times in my life thus far! Jason

Nothing to note here except our flight home. We were able to catch the red-eye that got us into Austin early the next morning. It had been an excellent trip, my first to the Northeast. I'd like to see it in the fall some day.

Any time you go to Copenhagen, Denmark you must try the local lunch ( "frokost" in danish ) "smorrebrod". It's a varity of lovley sandwiches with herring, meat and much more to choose from. So this may have been one of the best days ever. It started off geeky, like a 40-year-old living in his parents basement, with a tour of Google by Janelle's sister, and ended squealy, like a 14-year-old girl, with a screening of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.I won't say anymore.

I spent an awesome three months working in South Lake Tahoe during winter 2007-08. I also got to head over to San Fran for a few days while I was there.
