Samui Palm Beach Resort

We stayed here back in 02 as part of our "holiday from travelling" we booked 8 nights here online and paid about 220 quid total for 2. We stayed in one of the garden villa's which aren't as nice as the beach front villa's but still a huge step up from the type of place we had been staying in. Breakfast was included and was the usual buffet of eggs, bacon, ham, toast, juice, fruits and yoghurts. The staff were nice, the room was cleaned each day which came as a suprise! We had a romantic meal there one evening and it was great, it came at a price obviously but it was nice to be civilised for a while. I would reccommend this place to the sorts of people who stay on Samui nowadays (ie families, couples, newlyweds etc). Bophut isn't the best beach on Samui but has a lovely feel to it and the village atmosphere is really special. The town at night is truly magical. I'd go back if I was there with the right company!
