Seeing the Dinosaurs Jan 03, 2009
The Sam Noble Museum of Natural History is part of the University of Oklahoma campus. Having been a student there, I've been to the museum many times. All university students get in free, and there are discounts to military, children, and senior citizens. My mom even got in free once because I took her during the university's "mother's day weekend." Either way, it's still a cheap activity for the whole family. There are many exhibits, most of which are hands on. By far, my favorite section is the dinosaur exhibit. One fossil skeleton is so huge, it spans both stories of the museum. You can see the bottom of it from the first floor, then go up to the second and be right next to its head.
