I went out to Salt Lake City just for the day.The cool thing about Salt Lake City is they have so many free things to do there.The city is so clean and people are so nice there as well.

Visiting Moriah in Salt Lake City for the weekend in October.

My first 'big trip': 2 months through 10 states in the US of A. It was a great adventure, largely because of the fact that we didn't know what we were doing. This was before I had discovered the functionality of a Lonely Planet guidebook, so our trip was mainly planned using fly/drive itineraries. We managed though, and saw a lot of great stuff. For now it is just a map and a couple of recollections - I need to scan some photos

We made a spur of the moment decsion on dec 5 and left Minnesota in seek of adventure. "this is section from salt lake city utah to the nevada border".

Missed my flight this morning.  First time I've ever done that due to sleep... weird.  They got me on a later flight.  I'm sitting in the smoking lounge, working.  Nice that they have a smoking lounge next to my gate... surprising too!

A day in Salt Lake City. A very clean and nice city with many shopping opportunities downtown as well as in the suburban (north and south). It's also a very "religious" city, with a lot mormons and Jesus Buildings (chirches, conference centers....).

What an under rated city...clean, beautiful and friendly. I was very pleasantly suprised by how much i enjoyed myself there.
