Adventure, danger .... and every type of weather under the sun.

the mountains are great. the fact that we got 75 inches of snow the week we were then did not hury. salt lake is a very underwhelming city. park city was good, but there will be no hurry to go back anytime soon.

Roadtrippin' through western USA. Didn't plan ahead more than a few days. Had a lot of fun, especially in Vegas! My friend and I went to Salt Lake City to see a World Cup qualifying match between the U.S. and Costa Rica. While we were there we also went to Antelope State Park on an island in the Great Salt Lake, to Fossil Butte Monument in Wyoming, and to Bear Lake State Park in Idaho.

Matt, Auni and I (three West Coasters attending Goucher College in Baltimore) drove from Baltimore, Maryland to Seattle, Washington in 10 days. Major cities hit: Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver, Boulder, Salt Lake City, Seattle.

Tom and I trekked to Utah for a weekend ... with no plans! :) We happened to find an olympic style bobsledding competition, walked Park City, checked out the Mormon tabernacle, and visited the beautiful Salt Lake.
