Just around the corner from where I live one of the best cocktail bars in Copenhagen has it magic moments. In the beginning I never went there because I felt it was too early to start with a cocktail around the corner when I left for town and when I was on my way home from town I always preferred to head home.


The last month I have visited the bar a couple of times with some friends and it is truly a great place. The bar is almost full every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

They serve all great cocktails and they have a special Hemmingway folder with many of his favourite cocktails from his numerous trips around the world. Hemmingway was famous for using local ingredients in his choice of cocktails and therefore the bar has many different kinds so I am sure that there is one for you too. I am keen on the Jack Rose.
