 A hidden gem that you would never know existed. Oct 06, 2008
I was introduced to Salade de Fruits by my friends who are local to the area and you would never know it was there. Best known for their Moules et Frites (mussels and chips) this place is a nice break from your typical lunch and brunch establishment. Although the employees are French speaking, you don't need to know French to order. The service is friendly and the food is great. If you're not into seafood they have other great offerings including poutine, crepes, and some delicious French coffee. Bring cash because that is all they accept.
