Sunday morning felt like RUSH week at the start of a new school year for incoming fraternity recruits! Rush, rush, rush…. For starters, we still hadn’t made our poster sign for the game, let alone come up with something to write on it. But somehow things all fell into place. The sign was made,…

I would check out of the hostel, and head to the airport, where I would pick up my rental car for the day. I considered going up to Hannibal, which was 2 hours away. But at the last minute, I decided to take another baseball game. Once I got the car, I checked into a Motel 6, and bought t…

I had crossed the Mississippi River at Saint Louis many times before, always admiring the Gateway Arch but had never taken the time to stop there. So I was thrilled when Dawn and Keith suggested we visit the monument. At 630 feet, it is the tallest national monument in the United States, Saint Loui…

Last night at the club was great. I got my dance on and had a few rum and cokes. The one thing I can never do is leave enough room in my suitcase for soviners. Push here and roll it up there. I'll make it all fit. Today is colder than yesterday but with the sun out and a jacket it is …

On August 28, 2006 me and Trinity chewed Bazooka gum. The fortune on my comic said I would take a plane ride to a strange place. The fortune was half true, we went to St Louis the next day. It wasn't really that strange. Still, I want to believe that my future can be predicted by bubble gum wrapper…

I actually flew out to St. Louis from Atlanta on Friday, the 13th. I don't believe in superstition nonsense. LOL. In a short period, my friend and I enjoyed exploring St. Louis area. We both are night people so we enjoyed exploring St. Louis' nightlife. We managed to squeeze in typical tourist attraction site as well - that is during the day. :)
