Today was the sake festival in Saijo.  Around the event square they had various Japanese street food vendors selling yakisoba, yakitori, takoyaki and the like.  Yum!  They also had various taiko and other performers on the stage across from the venue which were fun to watch.  The event square itself was all cordoned off and once you entered  you couldn't leave (unless you wanted to buy a whole nother ticket to reenter).  So we stocked up on food before we ...
