Sabah is located on the north of Malaysian Borneo and is one of the 13 states in Malaysia. Sabah is a popular destination for tourists. Mount Kinabalu, the highest Mountain in South-East Asia is one of many attractions. There are also many wildlife regions in Sabah and national parks. These parks include the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine park.
Unlike other states in Peninsular Malaysia, the largest ethnic group in Sabah are the Kadazans. Sabah has currently 6 national parks, including the Kinabalu National Park (World Heritage Site -2000)
