We got our rental car early in the morning and headed for the west coast of the island. It takes some time if you - like us - choose to take the coastal road. The distances are not very long but the course of the road reduces the average speed substantially!The landscape is great. Impressive bays, deep blue water and small picturesque villages. A last minute trip to Mallorca for a week. I needed a break so I went to the airport Cologne/Bonn and had a look what they had to offer. Mallorca! Hmm, I was not really sure if I want to see drunk tourists but after all it was very quite in the area I was staying - a lot of retired people....escaping from the German winter/spring.
