If you visit Ios, whatever you do at the rest of your travel does not matter but you MUST try the fishsoup of STAVEDO fish tavern at the Ios Port. Small, typical fish tavern with delicious fresh sea food and Unbelievable Fish Soup. Panos (Panagiotis) Valmas is the owner (and will be your waiter and his father makes the fish soup with the daily fish he cought by his small boat. Don't miss it...
