Located on Cairns Esplanade, an area transformed from a tidal mudflat swamp into a grassy picnic area and sandy swimming lagoon, the Rydges Tradewinds Cairns in Cairns, Queensland, Australia, sits within walking distance of Cairns' city center. Crystal waterfront settings are combined with close proximity to Great Barrier Reef departure points, and the hotel is five minutes from Cairns International Airport. The 240 guestrooms at the Rydges Tradewinds Cairns reflect the tropical style of the region and open to private balconies showcasing views across the Trinity Bay and Coral Sea.
