In 2005 I went to Rwanda and had some of the most incredible experiences. The country is gorgeous and felt strangely peaceful. I had just spent 2 weeks in Kenya & Tanzania seeing all kinds of animals, yet nothing could prepare me for seeing the mountain gorillas.
