Rumours Legends-Down Under

This is one of the most popular bars for young people in Amersfoort and environs. Age from 16-23 years mostly. Always busy in the weekends. Before midnight it's quiet.

There are five differents bars in this one cafe, and you can visit them all, without going outside:
The Inn: top 40 music.
The Swing: club music and hardstyle
De Skihut: apres ski music all year long
The Ledgends: 80's and 90's and pool tables
The Down Under: all types of music
All bars have dancing areas and toilet facilities. In the Swing and Down Under you can hang your jacket in the wardrobe.

Maybe because of the young crowd, excessive drinking (of youngsters) and some people using drugs fights are not rare in this cafe. Especially not later at night in the Swing.

I used to have a great time and like this cafe very much, but the last couple of years I don't like the ambiance anymore. Maybe because I got older or maybe because the youths are making a mess of it.
