	Friendly but room somewhat dirty/stained Jul 15, 2008 My teenager & I are local and knew rates were high due to summer travel. Paid 125.00 knowing in winter rates were probably 40-60.00. We only stayed here as, unfortunately, our travel agent arranged it, we arrived late and didn't know where else to go!
