 Really nice Indian Food Restaurant Jul 31, 2009
I ate here with a group of friends who were visiting San Diego last Wednesday. I've always seen this place while downtown and have always wanted to go and try it out, but the people I have been with have never seemed to be in the mood for Indian food in the past. Fortunately for me, this time they were!
This place was SO GOOD. Everything we ordered was amazing. We had Samosas, Jasmine Rice, Yogurt, Garlic Naan, Spinach Naan, Malai Kofta, Palak Paneer, Punjabi aloo, and hot tea. The meat eaters in the group also had some Chicken Tikka Masala....everything was DELICIOUS!!!! The service was good, the food was good, and the environment was very comfortable and nice. The only gripe is that it was expensive, but then again, that's to be expected when going out to Indian food when it's not lunch buffet time. Try it out next time you are downtown and craving Indian food. |
