Royal Garden Kowloon Hotel Hong Kong - Reviews - Hong Kong

So, I'm not really sure about the cost rating. I don't know how much hotels typically are anymore since I usually do all-inclusive or cruises. It cost about $200 a night and included a hot breakfast buffet in the morning.

This hotel was awesome. It's ranked in the top 10 on Trip Advisor too. It is right in the heart of Kowloon and transportation to Hong Kong Island. On a regular map it looks like a very far walk, but in actuality, it's about 10-15 minute walk to the Star Ferry Terminal (which can bring you to two different piers on Hong Kong Island). You can get to the other islands once you get to Hong Kong Island. The hotel is only a short five minute walk to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars. Here you can see the Symphony of Lights (shown nightly at 8pm) for free.

The hotel is also very easy to get to from the airport. You just need to take the airport express (it's their subway system) to the Kowloon stop (second stop) and get on the FREE hotel shuttle bus for 5-10 minutes. The subway system is very clean and easy to understand.

I almost forgot! there are several different restuarants within the hotel to choose from for dinner. If you're a picky eater, they also have a dinner buffet. I thought the food was a little pricey so I didn't eat there. If you go out of the lobby of the hotel and cross the street (there's a sex toy shop) and walk through the path way behind that big building there's a really great, CHEAP place called Dragon Noodles and Dumplings. The food is dynamite!
