 cheap apartments near Hyde Park and subway Nov 22, 2008
We've stayed here for 3 days from 22 nov till 25 nov 2008. We had an apartment on the highest level and on the backside of the hotel so we didn't had any troubles with the noise from outside or neighbours.
It was sober but clean and the room was quit big. The staff is real nice and helpfull. On the last day they kept our suitcase in a storage away till we had to go home so that we could spend our last hours in the city without the heavy suitcase. That's always nice. The location is their best attraction, you only have to walk a couple minutes and you are on Bayswater Road next to Hyde Park. Subwaystation Lancaster Gate is near and one stop away from the beginning of the Oxfordstreet/Marble Arch. Queensway and Notting Hill (with the famous Portobello Road market) is also nearby, as well as the new Shopping Mall at Shepherd's Bush. So, lots of great things to do in the surroundings!!
