I was suprised by this airport, i have never been there. The airport is not big, but it has a very friendly atmosphere. There is a restaurant and an platform where you can watch the planes come and go. There is an information desk and a little bookstore. This is it.
When you pass the customer service, you will find not much, but a store, a small restaurant and what i liked very much was the bar upstairs. It is really nice to sit there, and if you like to sit outside it is also possible. There is a real good terras with a nice view. And for people who like to have a cigarette it is also possible. This is really an exeption, because there are not much places where you are allowed to have your cigarette. The bar is real nice decorated, time does really fly sitting here.

At noon we drove away to the Airport of Rotterdam. When we arrived at the airport we saw immediately that we had a delay but there was no time on the TV screen. Damn! We walked to the information desk of Transavia, and it was delayed for at least 3 hours! What… Departure & Delay

As such we arrived at Rotterdam Airport yesterday. This small airport is a perfect starting point for a scenic flight. After going through customs we boarded the aircraft. Aangekomen in Sydney, hebben we de airport shuttle genomen naar Home Base Backpackers waar we van plan waren de laatste week van ons vakantie door te brengen. Bij het inchecken hebben we een dik pakket vouchers gekregen voor allerlei feestjes, kortingen en gratis drank in diverse barretjes. Dit wordt vast de gezelligste… Weer thuis...

We caught a bus (n°33) from Rotterdam airport to the Rotterdam Centraal Station. We decided to go straight to Amsterdam, by train. At 7PM, after 1 hour in a very comfortable train, we were in Amsterdam Centraal Station. … Direction Amsterdam!
