First time at this festival, went for 6 day and that seems to be the right amount. Spent 2 day drinking with random scandinavians, which are very friendly and love nothing more than drinking and then falling over. The festival itself was 4 days long, and just rocked. Personal faves were the beastie boys and muse but saw alot of random continental bands. Worth going to. Money wise £140 for the ticket, £140 for flight and spent about £250 on drugs/food/drink.
Food wise the place is brilliant, nothing like anyother festival. You look at the food and think "I should get more". Their chili-dog is my personal favourite. |

in denmark, that in every summer, there is a summer festival full of rock, trip hop, electronica etc. bands that gather together for a big showdown in a small town! if i am not feeling dragged, i would have perked up. but no, all i wanted was a straight bed, a room devoid of people… a small sleepy town but with a big music festival, but im not really in a festive mood so to speak. |

We didn't go to the famous week long music festival here, it was a month earlier.
Marit and Jacob took us on a day trip to the Viking museum in Roskilde (a short trip at 20mins from Copenhagen - they had never been there!!). Best to check the pics for this one. … Viking museum |
