Rosen's Deli & Restaurant New York Reviews
A Great New York Diner-Deli Feb 18, 2007
This is a great little deli and restaurant: my husband Mark knew it from previous trips and on our first visit to the city together we ate breakfast here 2 out of 4 days. We also had breakfast 2 of the 4 mornings in February 2007.
The menu is pretty impressive, with lots of different types of pancakes, including silver dollars which I think had chocolate in them, you could also have them with bacon or sausage and with banana, strawberry, cream or blue berries. The cooked options were also great, I tried sausage gravy for the first time and although I wasn't keen on that, we also had lovely omlettes, etc. I'm told the coffee was also great, and as in many places it was free refills. The deli at the front looked amazing: the seating for the restaurant is through the back of the property. Friendly service, staff aren't pushy, good for advising from the menu too. Definitely recommended for a good NYC breakfast! ![]() ![]()
