Roseau, Dominica Reviews

Dominica is, by far, the most naturally beautiful place I have ever been. I didn't really even get into the "heart" of the jungles, but was it ever beautiful. I hope to go back simply because we took a tour that was a "taste" of Dominica. I'd like to spend more time off the beaten track instead of small stops at many places where many people were.
Although it's packed with tourists and quite busy, go to Trafalgar Falls. Find the sign that says "Proceed beyond this point at your own risk" and by all means proceed beyond that point. The town of Roseau is bustling. There are some typical tourist stands with typical Caribbean tourist trinkets, a duty-free store, and some local restaurants, but not much for a one-day stopper to do actually in the town. Catch one of the MANY taxi drivers, negotiate a price, and find the beautiful, unspoiled areas of this breathtaking island. There's so much more I want to see.
