Fantastic Mexican Food Jun 24, 2008
Went to the Rosa Mexicana last Saturday afternoon. Had the guacamole prepared tableside with fresh ingredients. At $12 it is an expensive appetizer, but it does serve 2 as advertised. Comes with chips and 5 small fresh tortillas (delicious). Would definitely order again.
Ordered the mole chicken dish. Again, absolutely fabulous. Great fresh flavors. Plentiful portion. The signature pomegranite margarita is well worth the price. Flavorful and refreshing, it is not some watered down version of a margarita. You can taste the pomegranite flavor which although sweet, went well with a salted rim. The service was attentive without being annoying. The guacamole and the mole chicken provided enough food for a hungry couple. I am looking forward to returning to Atlanta and going back to this restaurant! |
