Biedjee says: Not sure if I should be writing a review of this place. After all, this is not an official restaurant and therefore doesn't show in any guidebook. Then again, the owner gave me a business card to spread the word of mouth, and what better word of mouth is there than a website full of travel enthusias…

Romebuddy says: This Grattachecca place is awesome!!!! As soon as they open from the beginning of the summer till the end of it, you'll find the Roman nightlife standing in the line a 1 or 2 in the morning just to have the Grattachecca from Sora Maria. Advice: don't eat it to fast or you'll freeze your brain.

Guerri's 1 review
TravelingGoombah says: Our hosts treated us to lunch and dessert was provided by Guerri's. By far and away, the best pastries I have ever tasted. Everthing was fresh and delcious, not overly sweet and just an absoulte art. We had some pistachio cream filled puff pastries, Sicilian cassatas and other assorted delights…

callmechia says: If you've been to Rome lately, you'll know that the Italians like their Kebab. And if you've been to Pizza Design, it's likely you'll never look at Kebab in the same way again. I cannot begin to describe my love for Pizza Design. It is the most amazing food ever and it's not even expensive. Ok, o…

Volpetti 1 review
herownjourney says: This is a GREAT shop to sample Italian food and take it home with you! I was a little shy and intimidated by it at first (I guess in America I am used to "self-serve"), but soon "Gino" was whirling me around the store giving me bits of things to sample. They are very passionate about food there! I b…

Bar Gelateria 2 reviews
teslablye says: Just adjacent to the Trevi Fountain (Fontana Di Trevi) is a little shop where the flavors of gelato (better version of ice cream) are limitless, at least for the time that you spend there. It was my first time trying gelato, and believe me it's worth it. The location is great too. Pick a spot nex…

jhwelsch says: The place was great and the waiter was both efficient and entertaining. This guy appeared to truly enjoy his job. For only the second time in my life, I had to reject a bottle of wine. I knew we were in trouble when I saw how easily the cork came out of the bottle but the waiter had, of couse, see…

A'gusto 1 review
Eric says: This restaurant is located near the tomb of Augustus on the east side of the Tiber. Roman dishes are typically known for their inventive uses of less than ideal ingredients. Tripe, which is the stomach lining of a cow or pig, served with sauce is an example. Thankfully, A'gusto breaks with tradi…

boxinbcn says: This Gelateria is very conveniently located right on the way toward the Piazza Navona. We took a look inside and found it too tempting to resist! The shop is small, with a glass enclosed kitchen in the rear where the ice cream is prepared. The glass cases full of overflowing tubs of colorful gelat…

pacovera says: Esta pizzeria es de las mejores que puedes encontrar, no se si solo en Roma o en el mundo. No tiene nada negativo, bueno si una cosa, si vas a horas puntas tendras que esperar bastante, si no has reservado. (Establecimiento recomendado por la Guia del Routard) (This restaurant has been …

sid583 says: The restaurant is located just off Via del Corso in a small side street. I just cant recommend this restaurant enough. We went to Rome for our honeymoon and ate out at every opportunity and I personally found this the best place to eat (the wife thought differently). The wine list alone is wor…

Miscellanea 1 review
wanderlust050 says: This place is advertised as an international students pub, and it is the most welcoming place for students abroad. The owner, Miki, treats you like family. When we were debating what to get, we were assured by our waiter that he would take care of us. He took away our menu and immediately brought…

DuhkJuX714 says: If you want good Chinese food that you miss from the States, you should come here. Fried rice-wise, it is all the same in the Panda Express style, but the entrees are much better here than a lot of other Chinese restaurants. There is a another Chinese restaurant on the next block, DO NOT GO THERE.Yo…
