Nice location....... Feb 13, 2009
This was a nice hotel,in a great central location. The room was small but really lovely and the bathroom was large, also beautiful. What we didn't like was that the queen bed was really a bed with two mattresses, side by side, as is the case in many European hotels. We called down to the concierge and attempted to change rooms but were told all of the beds were the same, so that was disappointing. These are not the most comfortable. However, the hotel staff members were very friendly and the hotel restaurant was excellent, with a waiter who catered to our every whim. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a very large variety of hot and cold items, very fresh and nice attention to detail. I would stay here again.

Staying a the Romantik Wilden Mann hotel was a nice choice for both the ambience and the central location. There were so many nice restaurants to choose from and a lovely walk around the old town made for a wonderful weekend. Luzern is less… Luzern is for Lovers! |
