Not much of a roller-blader and I haven´t seen anybody else roller-blading, but in all fairness it is winter here right now. From the side of town I live in to the center of the city it is a downward slope so easy to get down there, but i would imagine you would need to take the metro back. The downtown is a lot more organized than most south american cities and a lot cleaner making it easier to maneuver, but the walkways are pretty level with lots of ridges.
